8. Indemnity

9. Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of Irvine, CA., without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You and Ironworkers Local 405 agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to Ironworkers Local 405 application must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
